Homespun Kitchen coming to Riverside
Atlantic Beach eatery Homespun Kitchen is expanding into Riverside.
The locally owned-and-operated scratch kitchen and espresso bar received a permit for build-out at 1030 Oak St., within a building that was most recently used by The Bread & Board prior to its move downtown. It will be the eatery’s second location; its first location opened in Atlantic Beach in 2009.
According to its Facebook page, the new location hopes to open its doors this spring.
St. Johns updates
Two new tenants have been revealed at Shoppes of Aberdeen: Aberdeen Nails & Spa and Kid City USA.
At nearby Shoppes at RiverTown, Rita’s Ice Custard Happiness received a permit for build-out.
And 7-Eleven received a permit to begin construction on its previously-announced location within Parkway Village at St. Johns.
All of these updates have been added to our running list of tenants coming to St. Johns.
