South Moon Under to SJTC
A new fashion retailer is coming to St. Johns Town Center.
South Moon Under received a permit for build-out at 4818 River City Dr., near Nordstrom within a unit formerly occupied by Natural Life.
The Maryland-based brand sells men’s and women’s clothing with a focus on “elevated wardrobe staples.” The SJTC location marks its first foray into the Jacksonville market; its previous closest location was in South Florida.
The brand’s website lists the Jax location as “coming soon.”
Mr. Potato Spread to River City Marketplace
Mr. Potato Spread received a permit for build-out at 12884 City Center Blvd. within River City Marketplace.
It marks a second brick-and-mortar expansion for the popular food truck; it has another pending location along Philips Hwy. The brand will occupy a unit formerly utilized by King Crab.
