The Coastal welcomes article submissions from all Jacksonville area residents. We want to help your voice be heard.
Submit your story and get a chance at being published in Jacksonville’s newest and fastest-growing magazine.
At this time we’re unable to offer monetary compensation for your article, but submitting your piece to The Coastal does two things: it gets you published on a legitimate local magazine’s website, and it lets you write about anything that you think is important about Jacksonville.
Rules
- Submissions must be at least 300 words.
- Submissions must in some way pertain to Jacksonville.
- It must be an original work – that means no plagiarism, and also that it can’t have been published elsewhere previously.
- You’ll be credited as the article’s author on the article page, and in print if your article is selected for the print edition. We’ll ask you for a short bio to put with your name below your article.
If you’re interested in submitting a story to The Coastal, please contact our editor Nathan Woods at editor@thecoastal.com, or paste your story into the form provided.
