7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee coming to Jax
7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee is joining the crowded coffee scene in Jacksonville.
The Arkansas-based drive-thru coffee shop chain submitted plans this week for two future Jax locations: one at Normandy Blvd. and Normandy Village Pkwy., and another at Beach Blvd. and Gerona Rd.
The chain is seeking to expand rapidly in Florida, meaning more locations in Jax are likely.

Borland Groover submitted plans for a medical building along Longleaf Pine Pkwy. in St. Johns.
Chick-fil-A submitted plans for a new restaurant building on an outparcel within Atlantic North.
Heartland Dental received a permit for the construction of a new dental office building at 11025 E-Town Pkwy. within E-Town.
Ballard Designs received a permit for build-out at 4840 Big Island Dr.
Bath & Body Works received a permit for build-out within St. Johns Town Center; it is relocating from a smaller unit within the mall.
