The Jacksonville Icemen remain active in building their roster for the upcoming 2018-19 ECHL season.
Last week, the team announced that they have re-signed forward Josh Erickson and signed rookie defenseman Trey Phillips.
The 25-year-old Erickson played 25 games for the Icemen last season. He also played 14 games for the Knoxville Ice Bears of the SPHL and 5 games for the ECHL’s Kansas City Mavericks last year. He scored 22 points between the three stops, including 11 for the Icemen.
Phillips, also 25, comes to the team as a rookie out of University of Vermont, where he spent four years.
