Bar Molino, The Swinerie coming to San Marco
A new Spanish wine bar and charcuterie concept is coming to San Marco.
Bar Molino received a permit for build-out this week at 1538 Hendricks Ave., where it plans to open this summer. According to its website, Bar Molino will serve and sell Spanish wines, along with tapas and light, Spanish-inspired plates.
The concept also features The Swinerie Charcuterie, a farm-to-table charcuterie market with dry cured meats, domestic and imported cheeses and olive oils, and local produce.
The new concept will be located next to High Tide Burrito Co.
