OLD NAVY ANNOUNCED FOR DURBIN PARK
Another junior anchor tenant has been announced at The Pavilion at Durbin Park.
Clothing retailer Old Navy will be added to the development as its final junior anchor tenant, joining Burlington, ROSS, Five Below, Dollar Tree, and Petco.
Around 40,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space remains to be leased; the Old Navy spot, however, was by far the largest remaining vacancy.
In addition, Peterbrooke Chocolatier is now open within the shopping center.
LUCKY’S MARKET TO CLOSE ITS LOCATIONS
Lucky’s Market will close both of its Jax-area locations as it plans to shutter all but seven of its stores.
The grocer had locations in Neptune Beach and near Oakleaf Town Center.
FIVE POINTS PLAZA SOLD IN FERNANDINA
Five Points Plaza at 8th St. and Sadler Rd. in Fernandina Beach was recently sold for $5.4 million.
The 31,800-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Dollar Tree and also added Beach Diner as a tenant within the past few years.
The sale was facilitated by Matt Entriken and Robert W. Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida, who represented the seller (T.J. of Nassau, Inc.), and Skinner Bros. Realty Company who represented the buyer (not disclosed).
