This week, the Jacksonville Jaguars have been holding organized team activities (OTAs) that were open to the public for the past two days.
We were there for this morning’s session. Here’s a few videos and pictures of the action from earlier.
Here they come!
We caught a few players heading into practice on our way in.

The action
Today’s session was essentially divided into two phases: conditioning and routine drills, and some casual practicing of plays without pads.
Offensive line drills
We were stationed near the part of the practice field where offensive linesmen were completing their drills. O-line coach Doug Marrone was enthusiastic as always, occasionally coming over to chat with fans between drills.
Welcomed sights
Myles Jack was out there today, as he was yesterday. We also spotted Jalen Ramsey roaming around and maintaining a low profile, and new addition Kelvin Beachum continuing to rehab his knee following an ACL injury last season.
Bortles in action
Blake Bortles got a chance to get in a few throws later on in the practice. While he occasionally looked shaky, he delivered a few nice strikes.

Henne got in a few good ones too.

Go Jags!
There’s definitely a lot to be excited about in Jaguars football ahead of next season.
