BENTO Southside to rebrand as Norikase
BENTO Asian Kitchen + Sushi is rebranding its Southside location.
The eatery, located at 9734 Deer Lake Ct., plans to remodel and re-open under the company’s new Norikase concept. Norikase opened last year within a portion of the BENTO location and proved to be a hit with diners, prompting the company to expand the concept to the full 4,500 square feet. The remodeled location will feature a second cocktail bar, sushi bar, an outdoor patio, and 80 seats for dining.
The existing Norikase restaurant will remain open while the expanded space is under construction, with the space’s revamped debut set for next spring.
