Jax Startup Spotlight: site.print.go!

One of the most difficult parts of starting a business is creating a consistent and effective marketing and branding strategy.

Local entrepreneur Irhad Mutic looks to simplify this process for Jacksonville-based businesses with his new company, site.print.go!

The concept for site.print.go!, which recently celebrated its official launch, is simple. It gives businesses a “one-stop shop” for all of their branding and marketing needs.

That includes graphic design, website development, mass printing, direct mail marketing, photo/video editing, and digital signage.

“I want to be able to serve a company’s needs from start to finish,” says Mutic.

The benefit for clients of site.print.go! is two-fold: by doing everything in the same place, it makes the process simpler and also allows for a uniform design strategy across all marketing platforms.

For example, companies that get a logo design from one provider and a website design from another run the risk of the two designs not matching up well.

“Once [the website companies] receive the logo, they don’t really understand the conversation that happened to create the logo,” explains Mutic.

With site.print.go!, the entire process is streamlined, thus eliminating the need to re-explain your company’s message and goals at every step.

The company has three full-time employees including Mutic, and has freelancers and local business partners that assist with the services they provide. So far, Mutic says, they’ve already done four logos and three websites for clients who found them through word-of-mouth.

For Mutic, it’s been a long journey to make this new startup a reality.

As a high-schooler, he operated a cellphone kiosk in the Orange Park Mall. From there he decided to leave school early to form Pro Site Plus, a website development service.

A disagreement with his business partner over expanding their services led him to sell his part of the company and pursue a different passion entirely – acting.

Mutic moved to New York City to work on becoming an actor, but quickly realized the difficulties of trying to do so while also working.

“What [moving to] New York taught me,” Mutic reflects, “is you can’t go there unprepared.”

He decided that he was going to move to California next, but came back to Jacksonville first to visit family and plan for the move. Initially he planned on only staying in Jax for a week or so, but his plans gradually changed.

“A week turned into a month, then a month turned into two months,” says Mutic.

Eventually, he decided he was staying – and that Jacksonville would be the perfect place for him to establish his newest entrepreneurial idea.

So far, Mutic is enjoying being back in his home city – and the ability to get around town quickly.

“Here you just get in your car. There’s no traffic, there’s no waiting,” Mutic says.

“[In New York] you’ve got to take public transportation, and hopefully no one pukes on you,” he jokes.

Mutic’s goal is still to occasionally make it out to California for auditions once he has some free time.

For now, though, he looks forward to seeing site.print.go! grow and expand in Jacksonville.
