The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) recently celebrated the launch of its new Jacksonville, FL chapter.

NAHREP seeks to advance sustainable Hispanic home ownership within communities, as well as helping Hispanic families achieve the “American dream.”

Its newly-formed Jacksonville chapter hosted an official launch event on October 11, with over a hundred local industry guests attending. Among the guest speakers at the event were past Central Florida chapter president Josue Soto, Mike Lublin of Brightway Insurance, and UNF men’s basketball coach Matthew Driscoll.

The Jacksonville chapter’s board will be helmed by Jose Cuetos of Fresh Start Realty LLC, with Millie Kanyar of Watson Realty Corp. serving as vice-president.

“We are very excited to open the NAHREP chapter in Jacksonville to support the Hispanic community and help educate the professionals in the real estate industry who focus on helping Hispanic families in their real estate needs,” said Cuetos. “The board is a solid team of local leaders who are passionate about what we do, and we will work on securing community outreach opportunities, industry educational and business networking events, to provide our fellow Realtors® additional tools to achieve success.”
