Vagabond Coffee joining VyStar Tower
Vagabond Coffee has found a permanent spot downtown.
The popular local coffee shop received a permit for build-out within the ground floor of VyStar Tower. It will be Vagabond’s second brick-and-mortar location; its original shop is still located in Murray Hill.
It joins Bread & Board and Peterbrooke Chocolatier among the ground-floor tenants within VyStar’s downtown complex.
Dreamette opening Springfield location
Dreamette Ice Cream is expanding – again.
We previously noted that the local ice cream shop was planning to open a San Marco location along Hendricks Avenue. This week, it received an additional permit for build-out at 1401 N. Main St. in Springfield. It will occupy a building that has sat vacant for several years.

- GATE submitted plans for a new convenience store and gas station at 12541 Yellow Bluff Rd.
- Green House Bar received a permit for build-out at 200 Riverside Ave.
