The Canopy at Duval Station breaks ground
The Canopy at Duval Station, a 64-unit assisted-living and memory care community, broke ground this past week at 13728 Webb Rd. along Duval Station Rd. near I-95. The project is led by The Canopy Senior Living in conjunction with Rimrock Companies and JAX Chamber; construction is being helmed by Marlin Construction.

Azure breaks ground in Jax Beach
Speaking of groundbreakings, The Related Group held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for its Azure condominium development in Jacksonville Beach.
As we’ve previously detailed, Azure is a 9-story, 26-unit “boutique” oceanfront condominium designed by Arquitectonica and featuring many luxury amenities including an oceanfront pool deck with bar and fire pit, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and lavish features within each unit.
Vertical construction of the development should begin in the summer. All but three of the building’s units have already been sold.
