The unincorporated town of Nocatee has become one of the fastest-growing communities – not just in the red-hot northern St. Johns County, but in all of America as well. More than 11,000 residents now call Nocatee home, an increase of 104% from just five years ago.
With the median household income of its residents sitting comfortably above $100,000, the next big step for developers in the area will be creating commercial opportunities to capitalize on their wealthy population.
Nocatee Town Center’s first phase was built out in conjunction with many of the area’s initial residential projects. But now, years later, work has begun on its second phase to be anchored by multiple medical campuses and a Publix Greenwise location.
Below is a list of the tenants that have been announced for the second phase of Nocatee Town Center. We’ll update this list as new tenants are announced or as the tenants already listed open their doors. If you live in the Nocatee area, be sure to check back frequently for updates.
