UPDATE: Event has been postponed. Statement from Wildlight: “Healthy living is part of who we are. Due to the escalating health concerns related to the spread of coronavirus, the #floco Festival has been postponed until further notice.”

Wildlight, Raydient Places + Properties’ 2,900-acre master-planned development in Nassau County, is set to once again celebrate the “Florida Lowcountry” lifestyle with its second annual #floco Festival.

The festival will take place on Saturday, March 21 at the Wildlight StoryCenter and includes a community 5K and Fun Run through the community’s newly-opened trail system, as well as a free outdoor concert from Gainesville, FL rock band Sister Hazel.

The festival kicks off at 5:30 PM, along with the Fun Run; the 5K begins at 6:00. In addition to the races and concert, a selection of local food trucks including Not Your Daddy’s Ribs, Indulge Food Truck, Sunshine Grindz, Doughsserts, That Coffee Chic, and more will be on hand to aide in the celebration. A kids’ zone will be set up featuring a rock wall, a mini Ferris wheel, face-painting, and a bubble station.

The festival is open to all ages and is free to attend. Registration for the 5K costs $25, while the Fun Run costs $10. Proceeds from the race will benefit Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida.

Guests can bring their own lawn chairs and blankets, but pets, glass, and outside drinks are not permitted.
