PulteGroup announced today that sales have begun at Timber Cove, their new single-family community in North Jacksonville.

The 72-lot community, located just behind the northeast intersection of Yellow Bluff and Starratt roads, features seven different home designs available on 50- and 60-foot lots. Floor plans range from 1,589 to 2,782 square feet in size, with one- and two-story options. Two decorated model homes are currently open to visitors.

Prices in the community – which also features two small parks – begin in the low-$300,000s range.

“We are pleased to begin sales at Timber Cove, our newest community in North Jacksonville,” said Tony Nason, Division President of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. “Homebuyers at Timber Cove will enjoy Pulte’s collection of consumer-inspired home designs and convenient access to everything Northeast Florida has to offer.”

Timber Cove is one of several active Pulte projects in Northeast Florida. Sales are also underway at its other North Jax community, Bradley Pond, as well as two St. Johns communities: Trails at Grand Oaks and Villages of Valencia. Four additional projects – Hidden Bluff in Jacksonville, Preserve at Bannon Lakes in St. Johns County, Bradley Creek in Clay County, and Forest Park at Wildlight in Nassau County – will commence sales in the near future as well. The company develops homes under several brands including Pulte Homes, Del Webb, and Centex.
