NOCATEE TOWN CENTER EAST PLANS SUBMITTED

Plans were submitted for the first phase the Nocatee Town Center East shopping center.

Those plans show a 25,000 sq. ft. grocer, over 15,000 sq. ft. of additional retail space, and a 10,000 sq. ft. outparcel lot along Crosswater Pkwy. near Nocatee Pkwy.
