Two more names can now be added to the list of future tenants at The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

Mellow Mushroom and SportClips are set to join the dozens of tenants at the shopping center, which serves as the first phase to the larger Durbin Park development.

Mellow Mushroom will be located on an outparcel near the planned Cinemark movie theater, while SportClips will join a multi-tenant building with Smoothie King, Baptist Primary Care, and another yet-to-be-announced tenant.

The two additional tenant announcements come as several businesses have already begun opening within The Pavilion. Walmart has been operating within the center since late last year, and other prominent tenants such as The Home Depot, Five Below, and Firehouse Subs’ new flagship store have opened their doors this year.

Despite the openings and the additional tenant announcements, there are still several tenants left to be announced. More than 35,000 square feet of retail space and more than 40,000 square feet of restaurant space remains unaccounted for as of right now.

And that doesn’t include the second phase of Durbin Park, which is envisioned as a village-style town center and is set to feature more than a million square feet of retail, residential, and restaurant tenants.
