Burger Barn coming to Baymeadows Park
Burger Barn is expanding to Baymeadows Park.
The local eatery received a permit for build-out at 9303 Baymeadows Rd. within a multi-tenant building at the mixed-use Baymeadows Park development. It joins Starbucks, First Watch Restaurant, and Springhill Suites among the development’s confirmed tenants; Starbucks and First Watch are already open.
It is the second location for Burger Barn. Its first location, originally located at The Avenues, has since moved to Durbin Park.

- Plans were submitted for Pinnacle Apartments, a 376-unit apartment complex at Baymeadows Rd. and I-295.
- Tikka Bowls & Tacos and Sharkeys Cut for Kids both received a permit for build-out within The Fountains at St. Johns in St. Johns.
- Goodwill submitted plans for a new retail building at Beach Blvd. and 10th St. in Jax Beach.
- Discount Tire submitted plans for a new 7,488-square-foot building at San Jose Blvd. and Addie Ln.
- Chen Med received a permit for interior demolition at 3614 Blanding Blvd.
- Aberdeen Liquor received a permit for build-out at 3735 Longleaf Pine Pkwy. in St. Johns.
