BRIGHTMAN BLVD. DEVELOPMENTS

Things are heating up along Brightman Blvd.

The Town Center-adjacent road already boasts a Topgolf location, and this week several permits were issued in relation to the ongoing construction of an iFLY indoor skydiving venue next door.

Meanwhile, plans were submitted for a 5-story, 99-room Holiday Inn Express building at 10573 Brightman Blvd. It will be adjacent to the Floor & Décor outlet also coming in on Brightman Blvd.

FORSYTH GARAGE PLANS SUBMITTED

Plans were submitted for the Forsyth Garage project, which involves the replacement of a downtown surface lot at Forsyth and Laura with a six-story parking garage.

The plans call for a garage with 678 parking spaces, as well as 7,730 square feet of retail space facing the Forsyth/Laura corner.

The garage will be located across from the Laura Street Trio project, as well as the building that will soon become Hotel Indigo.
