PARK PLACE AT NOCATEE FIRST PHASE PLANS SUBMITTED
Plans were submitted for the first phase of Park Place at Nocatee, a planned commercial office center along Nocatee Pkwy.
The initial phase shows a 4-story building and a large round-about that will provide access to later phases. That 4-story, 125,000 square foot building will be leased by VanTrust Real Estate, the same group behind Town Center One and Two near SJTC. It’s being referred to in marketing documents as Park Place One.
In total, Park Place at Nocatee is expected to include 675,000 square feet of class A office space.

JTA submitted plans for its future University Transit Hub at the southwest corner of Philips Hwy. and Bowden Rd. The plans show a roundabout with multiple bus stations, and it also hints at a second phase which will feature a 12,000 square foot retail building.
JTA’s new park-and-ride lot at Avenues Walk is also progressing along further down Philips.
