Firehouse, Auntie Anne’s to JIA concourse
Jacksonville International Airport will soon gain some new food options.
According to Jax Daily Record, Firehouse Subs and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels will soon be joining the collection of offerings at the airport.
Both will be located past the security checkpoints.
Additionally, PGA Tour Grill will open in Concourse C this week.
Good Dough soft opening
Artisan doughnut shop Good Dough celebrated its soft opening this morning to a packed crowd.
The shop plans to open its doors for real next weekend. Meanwhile, they’ll soon be joined next door by One Fine Day bridal shop.
Noted projects
- Plans submitted for approval indicate that Kay Jewelers, GNC, and National Vision will be tenants for an outparcel strip coming in at the intersection of Atlantic and Kernan boulevards.
- Restaurant chain Huddle House plans to re-enter the Jacksonville market in 2018, according to the Florida Times-Union.
- Tossgreen officially secured a permit for build-out of its new location on the ground floor of SunTrust Tower.
- Foundation work is now underway on the future Gate station in Brooklyn at Park and Forest streets, with an anticipated completion date of late fall.
