DEMOLITION OF CITY HALL ANNEX SCHEDULED
A date has been set for the demolition of the former city hall annex building at 220 E. Bay St.
The building will be imploded on Sunday, January 20 at 8 AM. Several adjacent blocks will be closed to traffic, and anyone who will be in the area is recommended to stay inside.
The building required specialized pre-demolition work due to the presence of toxic materials like asbestos.
The old county courthouse building will be demolished, in normal fashion, later in the year.

The Mini Bar has announced that it will join the Gateway Village at Town Center development, where its second location will open in 2020.
