VICAR’S LANDING AT OAK BRIDGE TO BREAK GROUND IN 2021

Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge is set to break ground early next year in Ponte Vedra.

The 235-unit retirement community, located off of A1A near Sawgrass Village Dr., will be completed in phases; the first phase will include 76 residential units and a 21,000-square-foot clubhouse. The development will feature a mix of cottages and multi-story apartment buildings, with sections designated for independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.

The $162 million project is an offshoot of the original Vicar’s Landing community; Clark Advisory Services, Danis Construction, Dostie Homes, Prosser Engineering Consultants, and RLPS Architects are collaborating with Vicar’s Landing on the development.

The new community is expected to create 100 jobs for the Ponte Vedra area.
