Tunis coming to Brierwood
Tunis Seafood Wings & Subs is coming to Brierwood.
Tunis plans to open soon at 5201 Baymeadows Rd. within an existing building that was most recently home to Golden House. It will be joined by a newly-constructed Ellianos Coffee building which is proposed next door.
TownePlace Suites to North Jax
North Jacksonville is getting another new hotel – and it’s replacing a long-vacant property along Airport Rd.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott received a permit for the construction of a new 5-story, 102-room hotel at 1287 Airport Rd. The property was formerly home to a Wendy’s building that had been vacant for several years; the building was recently demolished.
