INTUITION LLC MOVES TO INNOVATION PARK
Financial logistics company Intuition LLC is set to relocate to Innovation Park after finalizing a lease on 36,299 sq. ft. of space.
The lease, facilitated by Colliers International Northeast Florida, brings Intuition into the newly-renovated Southside office park at 6735 Southpoint Dr. S. They’re relocating 175 employees from their current space at 9428 Baymeadows Rd.
It brings the occupancy rate for Innovation Park up to 70%, showing a nice recovery just a year after losing CSX as a major tenant.
UPDATE FROM THE LANDING
The deal struck to buy out Sleiman Enterprises and demolish The Jacksonville Landing is likely to be approved by a city council vote next week after it easily passed through the committee voting process. During the committee process, BBVA Compass Bank, Fionn MacCool’s, and Hooters were identified as the tenants most likely to receive portions of the $1.5 million set aside in the deal for tenant relocation.
Meanwhile, Chicago Pizza and its sub-tenant GLHF Game Bar have already been evicted for past-due rent payments. It’s unclear what the plans are for the Landing’s other remaining tenants at this time.
