Ever since the opening of St. Johns Town Center over a decade ago, its surrounding area has been red hot with development projects.
The heat has only intensified within the past couple years, with the addition of the area’s first Wawa and North Florida’s only IKEA.
As of now, there are at least five large-scale development projects going on along Gate Parkway, in various stages of completion.
With all the frequent additions and new projects being added, it can get hard to keep up with what’s going on. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of projects going on along Gate Parkway, and the tenants that will be added as part of those projects.
