Updates from St. Johns

A few readers have requested some updates on future tenants in St. Johns over the past couple of weeks. Here’s everything new that we’ve got:

Baptist Primary Care is planning to build a 15,000-square-foot healthcare facility next to GreenWise Market within Parkway Village at St. Johns.

Lilly Grace Fashion has been added to the list of future tenants within Durbin Park.

Juice Tap received a permit for build-out within The Fountains at St. Johns.

And a smoothie shop has been added to the list of future tenants within Shoppes of Aberdeen.

We’ve updated our running list of future tenants in St. Johns to reflect these changes.

Texas Roadhouse, Visionworks to River City Marketplace

Texas Roadhouse received a permit for construction of a new restaurant building at 13130 City Station Dr. within River City Marketplace. Meanwhile, Visionworks received a permit for build-out just down the street at 13159 City Center Blvd.

Noted projects

  • Carbux submitted plans for a carwash facility along 103rd St. near Lane Ave.
  • Alterra Group submitted plans for Belfort Landing, a 34-lot subdivision off Belfort Rd. near Hogan Rd.
  • Plans were submitted for Seaton Creek Preserve, a 240-unit multifamily development at Pecan Park Rd. and Tison Rd.
  • Christian Brothers Automotive submitted plans for a car service facility at 13918 Village Lake Cir. Near I-95 and Old St. Augustine Rd.
  • Permits were issued for the demolition of buildings located at 207, 233, 245, and 323 Elm St. A holding company related to Vestcor is the company listed on the demolition permits.
  • O’Reilly Auto Parts received a permit for the expansion of its existing location at 4124 Emerson St.
  • Goodwill received a permit for the construction of a new 16,455-square-foot commercial building at 1919 Kernan Blvd. N.
  • Thrive Dental received a permit for build-out at 9347 Baymeadows Rd. within Baymeadows Park.
  • Deka Lash received a permit for build-out at 4765 Hodges Blvd.
