A Running List of Which Jacksonville Landing Tenants Are Closing or Relocating

For over a dozen local small businesses, the impending demolition of The Jacksonville Landing means far more than losing memories or a place to hang out.

Despite the lengthy, well-reported decline of the Landing over the past several years, these tenants stuck around – many of them doing so because the venue’s dirt-cheap rental rates were their only window into downtown Jacksonville.

They’ve been rewarded for their loyalty by being unceremoniously dumped by the city, given until today (pending a possible week-long extension) to get out of the Landing and – with the exception of long-term leaseholders BBVA Compass, Fionn MacCool’s, and Hooters – left to figure out any potential relocation plans on their own.

We’ve done our best to compile a list – which we’ll update as we get new information – of what’s going to happen to the Landing’s tenants as the building enters its final days of being open to the public.

(Any tenant missing from the list is one whose plans we have yet to learn.)
