NOTED PROJECTS

• Arby’s will remodel its location at 9171 Baymeadows Rd.
• Gate Express Carwash received a permit for construction at 13940 Beach Blvd. – with a staggering $1.3 million price tag for a 4,000+-sq.-ft. structure.
• The Loop’s locations at 9965 San Jose Blvd. and 8221 Southside Blvd. will undergo an interior renovation.
• The former Wendy’s building at 3460 Beach Blvd. will be demolished.
• Cinnaholic received a permit for build-out in the shopping center at 11362 San Jose Blvd.
• Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening a new location in the shopping strip at 9960 Southside Blvd., adjacent to The Avenues.
• Blaze Pizza will open at the Town Center on Monday, October 9.
• The Regency Pointe shopping center at 9428 Arlington Expressway will undergo an exterior facelift.
