The Armada FC have opened a fan memorabilia store in the St. Johns Town Center near P.F. Chang’s, with an official grand opening expected early next year, according to the Florida Times-Union.
The news comes as the team may very well be looking for a new league to play in next year. Its current league, North American Soccer League, lost its Division II status, putting the team’s future in the league – and by extension, its future in general – in jeopardy.
A new rendering found by Jax Daily Record indicates that national bank chain Chase may be joining the former Barnett Bank building once it’s remodeled. The rendering shows Chase signage on the ground floor and the top of the building.
