Building Up Jax: Senor Loco, Soupa Saiyan, Insomnia Cookies among Tinseltown Plaza tenants

TINSELTOWN PLAZA TENANTS ANNOUNCED

TriForce Development announced the full lineup of tenants for its Tinseltown Plaza project.

Senor Loco Tacos & Tequila, Soupa Saiyan Asian Noodle Bar, Insomnia Cookies, Class UFC Gym, Kazu Sushi Burrito, Noire The Nail Bar, and Pizza Hut will be the tenants for the development, which is being constructed in a portion of the Tinseltown movie theater parking lot.

It’s the first entry into the Northeast Florida market for both Soupa Saiyan and Insomnia Cookies.

GATE NOW OPEN AT DURBIN PARK

GATE‘s gas station and convenience store is now open at The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

It becomes the second tenant to open within the mall following Walmart’s debut last November.

NOTED PROJECTS

• First Coast Women’s Service Center submitted plans to construct a 3,366 sq. ft. building along Owens Rd. near Max Leggett Pkwy. on the Northside.
• Brooks Sports Therapy received a permit for build-out within the Brooks Family YMCA location at 10423 Centurion Pkwy. N.
• GATE received a permit to add on to its existing gas station and convenience store at 3150 Emerson St.
• Holiday Inn Express will construct a new, 4-story hotel building at 13934 Village Lake Cir. near Baptist South.
