Crazy Beans Coffee’s new cafe is now open within the ground-floor customer lobby of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center in LaVilla.
The locally-owned coffee company, founded by brothers Edgar and Herbert Bartley in 2016, will be open daily inside JRTC, serving its teas, blended beverages including signature cappuccinos, and ethically sourced coffee along with a menu of breakfast, lunch, bakery, and grab-and-go offerings.
The café is the latest addition to JRTC at LaVilla, which itself opened last spring in its new complex next to Prime Osborn Convention Center.
“The Crazy Beans Coffee café further enhances the experience for the thousands of customers who use this terminal each day, and the nearly 800 JTA employees who work out of our campuses,” said Jacksonville Transportation Authority’s CEO, Nathaniel P. Ford, Sr., in a press release. “We are proud to support a small, local, and minority-owned business that has chosen to invest in the historic LaVilla neighborhood.”
“Crazy Beans is not just coffee, it’s a culture,” added the Bartley brothers.
The Crazy Beans Coffee café will be open 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends. In addition to walk-up orders, the café has a phone app that allows for online ordering. For more information, visit the company’s website: https://crazybeanscoffee.com
