It’ll join other planned food options such as Canopy Road Cafe, Ember & Iron Rustic American Fare, and Al Dente’s Restaurant in the shopping center, which was briefly anchored by Earth Fare before it went out of business.

Over at The Forum at Greenbriar, F.E.N.I.X. Fitness received a permit for build-out. It joins Atlantic Self Storage and Clean Juice among announced tenants thus far.

The previously-announced Burger Barn received its permit for build-out within The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

And last but not least, PEBB Enterprises announced this week that it plans to develop a 59,000 sq. ft. shopping center adjacent to Beachwalk. Publix, Publix Liquors, and Lavender Spa have signed on as tenants. The center is expected to open next summer.
