Building Up Jax: Biggie’s Pizza opens in Five Points

BIGGIE’S PIZZA NOW OPEN IN FIVE POINTS

Popular Jax Beach pizzeria Biggie’s Pizza has opened its second location at 1053 Park St. in Five Points.

The restaurant took over the former Kostas Pizza Italian space within the retail strip, and it has also begun expanding into an adjacent unit.

NOCATEE MULTIFAMILY EXPANSION

Sonoc Company LLC, owner of the land upon which Nocatee is built, submitted plans for a 289-unit multifamily development at Nocatee Pkwy. and Valley Ridge Rd.

The new complex will include individual garages and a clubhouse.

NOTED PROJECTS

  • Trap House Chicken announced that it will relocate to 5907 Merrill Rd. at the start of the new year.
  • Beacon Fisheries received a permit for renovations at 7357 Digital Cr.
  • Turner Plumbing submitted plans for a new 8,000 sq. ft. building at 1230 Vine St.
