It’s Saturday, so it’s time for our weekly update on development in Jacksonville.
Town Center Promenade details
Core Property Capital’s upcoming Town Center Promenade development now has more announced tenants. The company announced its grocer tenant as ALDI and its “national dental” tenant as Aspen Dental, and according to Jacksonville Business Journal it will be joined by new-to-market restaurants Texas de Brazil and Red Robin, a Starbucks location with a drive-thru, and Mattress Firm. These new tenants will join the previously-announced Newk’s Eatery and Piada Italian Street Food. Two parcels remain unaccounted for, and an announcement regarding the project’s anticipated hotel and apartment buildings is expected within the next few months.
