Ashlea mainly practices commercial and civil litigation, bankruptcy, and general corporate matters. She provides valuable insight and experience to small businesses that experience a variety of issues regarding contract disputes and asset protection. Working with the UF and Gainesville startup community, while living in Jacksonville, provides Jen with a unique perspective to guide Jacksonville entrepreneurs. Jen provides strategic IP and technology counsel to clients, including developing corporate IP and technology commercialization strategies and managing intellectual property portfolios. Jen’s educational background in the natural sciences drives her interest in helping companies develop and protect their ideas, inventions and intellectual property.
