There was a lot of activity in St. Johns this week.
Wawa and MBody Yoga Studio both received permits at Bartram Market. Wawa’s permit is for the construction of a convenience store building at 100 Bartram Market Dr.; MBody’s is for build-out at 155 Bartram Market Dr.
Body:20 received a permit for its build-out at 70 Durbin Pavilion Dr. within The Pavilion at Durbin Park.
Shores Liquors submitted plans for a new 7,400-square-foot outparcel building at Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway.
And the master-planned community Shearwater announced that it has added a neighborhood of build-to-lease homes by 360 Communities, a subsidiary of its development group, Freehold Communities.
Prospect Five Points, a new wine bar and restaurant, received a certificate of use permit at 1521 Margaret St.
The new eatery, which was announced earlier last year, will take over a building most recently occupied by Marah Brewing Co. and Safe Harbor Seafood. It is currently hiring and hopes to open soon.
Lot J received committee approval this past week, with a final council vote likely to be held this upcoming week. An amendment was added to ensure the city can recoup some costs in the event of the Jaguars leaving; another amendment to remove the controversial “breadbox” loan was rejected.
