Derby on Park in Five Points will shut down as of tomorrow.
The restaurant had recently been purchased by the owners of nearby eatery The Bread & Board and had undergone a menu change. Now, the owners will be reformatting the space for a new restaurant concept to open sometime in 2019.
All gift cards for Derby on Park will be honored at the new restaurant, according to their Facebook page.
Two pending Riverside projects fell through and will no longer be happening: Dahlia’s Pour House will not become a new Brewz location, and the CenterState Bank property redevelopment on King St. has been called off.
