Darifair Foods recently broke ground on its new headquarters and innovation center facility within Flagler Center.
The locally-based food science firm’s new 47,500-square-foot facility at 13129 Flagler Center Blvd. is being designed and built by local construction company Stellar, in collaboration with Matthews Design Group. It will house offices, a production lab, and a client test kitchen.
The company’s current HQ building is located along Sunbeam Road. Its new facility is expected to debut next fall.
The Bread & Board is starting the build-out process for its future downtown location.
The eatery submitted a permit for its build-out this past week within VyStar Credit Union’s downtown headquarters. It will occupy 7,200 sq. ft. within the former Life of the South building with its restaurant and provisions shop.
FLC Contracting is the project’s contractor; Thomas Duke Architecture and Micamy Design collaborated on its design. The finished project is expected to debut in the winter.
