A Running List of What’s Coming to St. Johns Town Center and the Surrounding Area

St. Johns Town Center is by far Jacksonville’s most popular mall, serving thousands of shoppers each day. It’s been the city’s top mall ever since it first opened its doors back in 2005.

It’s also grown quite a bit since 2005 – as has the area surrounding it. Expansions have brought about an “upscale” wing featuring lofty retailers like Tesla and Louie Vuitton, as well as a small branch-off wing with new anchor Nordstrom. And several new shopping centers have popped up surrounding the mall, from early addition The Markets at Town Center to the more recent The Strand and Town Center Promenade, further adding to the Town Center area offerings.

With how big the Town Center area has now become, new tenants and additions are announced fairly often. It can be hard to keep track of what’s coming and when – so we’ve put together a list of what’s currently on its way to the Town Center and its surrounding area.
